BBC Countryfile
Matt Baker and Margherita Taylor are in Essex. Matt is with the Essex Wildlife Trust on Fingringhoe Wick – a newly created stretch of saltmarsh. It's a race against the tide as Matt helps the team do their first ever winter fish survey. They continue their 'wildlife stock take' by monitoring the mammals that also call this place home.
The BBC Countryfile production team purchased some stock footage from me, that I had shot whilst at the reserve with Russell Savory & Signals Media.
The Great Staycation (Southend-on-sea)
First-time hoteliers Clare and Javed spent £5 million opening Southend’s “first luxury boutique hotel”. With some of the most expensive rooms along the coast, it counts the likes of Tyson Fury and Rod Stewart amongst its guests. As the biggest weekend of the year approaches, can the Seven Hotel pull off their first successful bank holiday? Fully booked, short on staff and with a heatwave looming, temperatures are rising in this family-run operation. But will the staycationers love it or loathe it?
BBC1 River Walks - River Lea
Sean Fletcher puts on his hiking boots and heads north east to walk the eight-mile route along the River Lea. He takes in the landmarks of an industrial past and discovers what the future holds for the river in this fast-growing part of the capital.
I filmed this using the DJI Inspire 2 complete with X5S micro-four-thirds camera with a combination of 15mm and 45mm Olympus lenses.
There were 10 of these programmes produced nationwide and our production about the River Lea was one of three to be re-aired during the festive season.
ITV News
ITV News coverage of the Beaver Release in Finchingfield in Essex. Footage supplied to the presenter Kate Prout to feature in her segment.
BBC1 Inside Out London
A 7 minute feature about Greyfriars Vineyards with presenter Matt Wallis. Sometimes, the shots of the presenter and the aerial shots are filmed on different days and then cut together in the edit. However, it was great being able to meet and film Matt on the day!
BBC1 Inside Out London
An 8 minute feature about Mucking Marshes with presenter Mike Dilger. It's always great working with Mike and Producer Victoria Holden.
Because I have worked with the Inside Out team quite a few times now, they don't usually give me a shot list as such. Instead they allow me quite a bit of creative freedom when it comes to the aerial footage that I shoot.
BBC Look East
My first time working for the BBC with presenter Kevin Burch and acclaimed wildlife videographer Russell Savory.
Shot at Fingringhoe Wick Nature Reserve in Essex, we were fortunate enough to see some adders basking in the sun.
The arial shots provided were shot with a DJI Inspire 2 - perfect for some establishing shots to help tell the story in this short wildlife feature.
